LONDON (AFX) - Max Petroleum PLC said shallow well drilling programme in the Block E licence area, western Kazakhstan, is expected to commence in July. The company expects to achieve initial production in August 2006.

Binary Newsgroup Usenet Server Provider - My Choice

There are a number of binary newsgroup usenet server provider review sites out there. But, there are really only a handful of different binary newsgroup server providers that are worth talking about. I have been using Newshosting for over a year now and they just work well. I have had the unlimited plan and haven't had any problems, the servers are always as fast as my 6Mb connection and there has not been any news to report...which I think is the point. I don't want there to be any news for something I pay monthly for. I just want it to work and forget about anything else.
